ifesca.ENERGY\u00ae can greatly simplify the entire energy management cycle for energy suppliers thanks to data-driven and reliable demand forecasts. The software identifies all relevant exogenous factors related to the location and develops both short-term and medium\/long-term forecasts of consumer demand for electricity, gas and district heating. It offers day-ahead and intraday forecasts, automatic quality monitoring, quick adaptation to a changed database and effortless replacement of incomplete data. Moreover, it applies methods for plausibility checks and substitute value formation as needed.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

Determine energy demand reliably<\/h3>\n

Our software provides an optimal forecast of RLM time series for grid operators and electricity and gas suppliers. The use cases are diverse and cover a wide range of buildings and companies. With the ability to analyse cyclic properties and dependency on external factors, our software can also create time series demand forecasts that are strongly influenced by human behaviour.<\/span><\/p>\n

ifesca.ENERGY\u00ae requires data from at least 90 days for the most accurate demand forecasts. However, even if only limited data is available (30-90 days), our software can create comparison day forecasts to help our customers plan and manage their energy demand.<\/span><\/p>\n

Our software also provides reliable forecasts for gas demand time series, typically available in a 1-hour frequency. Despite the lower number of measurements and strong dependence on outside temperature, ifesca.ENERGY\u00ae can take into account the annual, weekly and daily cycles to deliver extremely efficient results based on historical data. Similar results can be achieved in district heating forecasts.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/div> \n

Refine demand forecasts with special day and shift recognition<\/h3>\n

We have integrated special day and shift recognition into our software to include them in its demand forecasts. The special day recognition in the measurement time series identifies behaviour on holidays, long weekends and other special days automatically based on the measurements and location information. ifesca.ENERGY\u00ae checks holidays based on past data and examines the behaviour of the time series before and after a recognised holiday.<\/span><\/p>\n

The recognised and recorded special days are taken into account in the forecast and can be manually overwritten at any time. The same applies to shift time series when the time series does not fall to the weekend level during the week. The special characteristics of holidays during the week are also automatically recognised and included \u2013 enabling highly accurate electricity and gas demand forecasts that help you optimally anticipate the grid load and operate efficiently.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n
